Building in public: the honest version
What this site is for: consulting that works today, a build log that grows, and an honest account of running companies that aren’t profitable yet.
I run my own companies, and none of them are profitable yet. I could leave that out, but building in public only means something if it includes the unflattering numbers.
So here is the plan for this site. First, consulting: security assessments and hardening, secure websites and apps, and practical AI automation for small teams — work I can do well today. Second, the build log. Third, a small shop with field guides and project kits.
My school software is used in the Netherlands, and I work with education charities. Some of the ideas I have for that world will be written up in the open on the Charity Lab page before they are ready.
